At Mutiny, we understand that sometimes when you order online, a product does not fit or is not quite how you imagined it. We therefore have a generous 30 Day Returns Policy that gives you the opportunity to cancel any purchase you make from the Mutiny Online Store (but not from the linked Retailer Network) within 30 days of purchasing the product. That’s right – if, for whatever reason, any product you have bought directly from us is not for you, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange, be it a kite or a bar. You don’t need to show that the product is defective, all we ask is that you follow a few simple and easy steps:
1. Please take reasonable care when examining or trying the product so that if you decide it is not what you wanted, it can be returned in top condition. If there is any damage to the item we reserve the right to deduct the repair costs from the refund provided.
2. Please inform us if you want a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by email at [[email protected]]. If you would like to discuss your options first, please give us a ring, we want to hear from you.
3. You will have to pay the postage for returning the product to Mutiny. On the plus side, if you ask for an exchange, we will cover the cost of posting the replacement item back to you.
4. Please return the product in its original condition and with its original packaging – you can test out any equipment you buy through us but in order to get a refund it must still be good working order.
Once we receive the returned product, we will give you a full refund (subject to item 1 above) or post to you a replacement product in exchange.
